* A report by the Minnesota Department of Health and Human Services has found that in order to meet state requirements (as well as to ensure that abortion rights have been adequately addressed), there have not been sufficient information available. According to the report:

The number of clinics operating in more than one state has increased from 10 in 2010 to 18 in 2011, while more than half (47%) of registered emergency room (ARI) locations were limited to an abortion at a local hospital. In 2011 the number of locations that operated, operating, and maintaining a K-12 clinic exceeded the number of centers provided by the state – 746, and the most common location was a private health facility. https://jiji-ethiopia.com/kirkos/maternity-and-pregnancy

In addition, in most cases, clinics had failed to offer abortion services to patients, as required by Section 1155 of the Human Services Practice Act of 2011 (18 U.S.C. В§ 857(k)(1)).

In a May 16, 2010 state court news release, the Attorney General confirmed that he had issued subpoenas to three abortion clinics to investigate the situation: a three-patient clinic in Fargo, ND. In November of 2006, a five-person clinic in Rockdale, MN. In March 2009 and May 2010, three clinics in Northville, MO. In all, 13 of the abortion centers reported that they no longer provided abortions.
